I ordered 7 tickets through SeatGeek. I received a confirmation email and money was immediately withdrawn from my credit card. We bought tickets to an NFL game 7 months ago. The purchase was made two days before the start of the match. However, SeatGeek refused to send us tickets! SeatGeek is amazing! So convenient and easy to navigate. My friends and I didn’t encounter any problems. We easily found the right tickets, got them and got to the concert. Also, when I had questions, the support service protectants explained all the nuances that were incomprehensible to me. I have a $221 credit for the April 1, 2020 Opening day baseball game to celebrate the NATS Championship that was cancelled because of COVID-19. I have made 15 plus ticket purchases in the last week for the September 12 WFT home opener. Each time after the purchase of the tickets (all different seat locations), I receive an email within 5 minutes of purchase saying the seats are unavailable and your credit card is being credited. SeatGeek is terrible and should receive a 0 star. I can’t even contact them to find out why? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I used Seatgeek for 8 years. Never had to deal with customer service. I’ve had tickets cancelled for events recently and was not given a reason. I get it, Covid has screwed up so much in the live event world. What I can stand is that they didn’t refund me almost $200. Surely just a mistake on their part. So I emailed them and waited… and waited. Heard nothing back. I called… was on hold for an hour. Not just saying that. An actual hour. No one ever picked up. I’ve even dm’d on Twitter. Emailed again. Twitter again. Nothing. I’m just assuming they’re now a horribly run company who don’t care about the ppl who use their “service.” Crooks. Do yourself a favor. Use any of the other apps out there to get your tickets.

I am having a real problem with SeatGeek. I purchased tickets for an out of town baseball game that was rained out and rescheduled for a date that could not make. I subsequently learned that I had less than 48 hours to resell my tickets or I would lose my money. I have been attempting to contact customer service for the past week to try to understand better but I have had no success. There website does not provide a customer contact phone number and only provides for you to speak with an automated computer system and to send them an email. I have written them three times and they have yet to respond. I finally found their phone number on my credit card statement and I have been on hold for the past 40 minutes!! I now consider them a criminal enterpirse that has stolen from me. I encourage you all to never use their service. They actually get 10 negative stars from me but I had to select “one” to be able to submit.

DO NOT GET anything here attention! They sold my tickets twice , We couldn’t it get inside the stadium! Now I’m waiting 10 days plus for my refunds of 321.84 Boston Red Sox tickets. The worse experience ever , just a big fraud . that’s all about seat geek corp

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM SEAT GEEK!!!!! I bought 3 tickets for $190, and when I was AT YANKEE STADIUM the tickets I received wouldn’t scan, they never let me in after paying for transportation too. I have reached out to seat geek’s supporter center, I have heard nothing back. I have contacted them on twitter, nothinng back. DO NOT BUY FROM SEAT GEEK

They stole my money for almost a year due to a canceled concert, that we pay for in ADVANCE. They refuse to refund to my bank and want to send it to the closed account, which is closed. “Our policy doesn’t allow us to. You have to contact that old bank and have them pay you.” Great business and customer service! Fine, I’ll handle things my way.

FRAD SITE!!! AVOID AVOID!!! Just had to eat the money for two tickets for the Brewers game last night. They NEVER SENT THE TICKETS. We had to grab new ones off of vivid seats at the last minute, which I would recommend using over this POS website. BELIEVE ALL THE 1 STAR RATINGS!! IGNORE THE 5 STAR RATINGS, most are probably fake. They won’t send your tickets, then they won’t answer the phone! We’ve been calling them for days and they do not answer. BBB needs to classify this website as a scam immediately.

They had a no fees sale at the time I purchased my tickets, which cut $30 off any other offer for the same seats. If they do this often, they’ll have my business every time.
