A good website with nice prices and fast work. I have always considered this site one of the best and I continue to think so, but no less recently, friends have been telling me about some technical problems, a week ago I also encountered them. There are gaps on the site from a technical point of view. Everything works well except the technical department. They are scammers. I live in Canada. I initially searched for the ticket I needed on other sites, but only they had the availability. What a pity that I contacted them. When I checked the balance on my bank card, I experienced even more vivid emotions – $370 CDN for 2 tickets was debited from the card! They indicate the price in US dollars and do not take into account the exchange rate. When I contacted them by phone, I was told that somewhere on the site there is an item that describes such situations and I needed to get acquainted with it. These are scammers, do not buy tickets from them. It’s better to stay completely without a ticket than to buy from them.

Read my true story: A few years ago, I bought seats from Vivid for an NBA basketball game. There was an issue with the tickets and I did not receive them, but Vivid would not give me my money back. Long story short, I posted about their unethical and money grabbing practices. After reading my posts, someone from Vivid contacted me and said IF I took down my posts, they would refund my money. I agreed, it was about $400 of my hard earned money that they kept. What Vivid didn’t say at the time is I would be banned from buying tickets from their site. Recently I bought tickets from Vivid for an MLB game and moments after my confirmation email was received, I got a second email stating that my order had been cancelled: “We can’t accept orders from individuals who attempted to withhold payment for previous ticket orders from us.” Vivid is built on lies, they are swindlers and thieves – the fact is VIVID WITHHELD MY MONEY. And then used unethical practices to bait me to take down my factual posts about their business. Buyer beware! Stand up for your consumer rights but know that Vivid is built on a duplicitous and dishonest platform and values money over its customers. Buy tickets from anyone but these cheats.

As a result, I got my tickets. The tickets were delivered on time and exactly the ones I ordered. There are no complaints about this link to the service. In general, the service works quickly and efficiently. However, I would like to direct the attention of the management to the fact that it is necessary to take the verification of sellers more seriously. I understand that there are no guarantees, but it is still worth tightening the requirements for people selling tickets so that they take transactions more seriously. I give 4 stars. I give the service 5 stars. I don’t know how the cooperation will develop in the future, but at the moment I am satisfied.
