I have only good impressions of working with this service. I have used the services of this site several times and never had any difficult situations. Sometimes I received tickets with some delay, but only because they were printed out late. In general, the site has never failed me. I would like to highlight the work of the guys from the support service separately. They write so many bad reviews about them, I sincerely do not understand why this is happening. For all the time I have been working with the site, I have often communicated with representatives of the support service, asked a lot of questions, solved the issue of a refund for a canceled concert. Each time my question was resolved and without delay. The guys patiently answered my questions and helped with everything. Thanks to the service for the good experience of cooperation, I hope that in the future everything will remain at the same high level!

I bought tickets through this website 8 months before the show. 6 days before the show, I received an email with seats but no tickets, but the email said I would receive them within 24 hours. After all, it happened, I got the tickets on time and had a great time at the concert. The only reason I don’t put 5 is that I was unpleasantly struck by communication with people who work in the support service. It seemed to me that they should be polite and try to answer all questions. But when I called with questions (I was using the site for the first time and a lot was unclear to me), I felt how nervous they were and wanted to end the conversation as soon as possible. It’s not about one particular person. I called 3 or 4 times and the communication was always the same. Think about it, because the IR support service is your face and if it remains the way it is now, then many will turn away from you!

Do you want to get your ticket quickly? Do you want exactly the seats you ordered? Then never work with this site. I used the services of the site for the first and last time. The only reason why I don’t give 2 or 1 star is that they apologized to me, returned the money, and showed understanding of my situation. I bought a concert ticket in advance 4 months before the show. I thought in vain that I would get a ticket right away, I was told that I would have a ticket 2 weeks before the event. I calmed down and waited. As a result, I got tickets at the last moment and these were not the years and places that I bought. I called the service a lot of times, swore, talked politely, tried to find different ways to get a ticket. Unfortunately, the cooperation did not work out. Interestingly, I didn’t even understand the reason why this happened, they just returned the money to me and didn’t explain the situation.

I booked tickets to the event as a gift for my friend. It was very important for me to get these tickets on time. I felt panicked for 2 days of the event when I realized that there were still no tickets. I called the support representatives 7 times and was assured that everything would be fine. As a result, the day of the event came, and I still didn’t have tickets. Fortunately, a service support representative named Emilio helped me. Just for the sake of employees like him, I am ready to continue working with this service. Our conversation lasted 2 hours. He said he would stay on the line until I got the tickets. He solved the problem and got me tickets. Problems happen to every service, it’s inevitable. But unfortunately, not every service has responsible employees who are able and willing to solve these problems. As far as I understand, this service carefully treats the selection of personnel for work.

I ordered tickets using this service in November 2019, due to the coronavirus, the date of the event changed 4 times. As a result, the concert was postponed to December 2021. Before the show started, I requested a copy of my tickets, but no one sent them to me. I couldn’t get on the show and of course, I was outraged. When I contacted the support service and asked for a refund, they told me that all sales were final, but promised to sort out the situation. It is for the fact that the employees were not too lazy to understand the situation that I give 4 stars, not 3 or 2. The guys are great, they found out everything, and 2 weeks after calling the support service, I received a refund of my money to the card. Unfortunately, I missed the concert, but later I gave the service another chance and bought a ticket. The second time everything went fine and I was satisfied with all the moments of cooperation.

A terrible website that is not worth your time. Tickets were purchased for the concert, which was postponed from March to December. I bought 4 seats on the floor for $650, and for 10 days they offered me other seats. I refused and asked for a refund. Then I used the same app to buy tickets to other seats at the same event. I was told that I would receive tickets the day before the event. This did not happen. Within 30 minutes, I received screenshots of “tickets” that turned out to be invalid to enter the event. Then they again offered me to change tickets to other places. The seats turned out to be good in the end and that’s why I decided to give them 3 stars, not one. Otherwise, I could call the work of the service an unorganized process. The quality of work and speed are zero. Service – zero. I am disappointed with the service.

Even if everyone around me says that this site is legal and reliable, I will not work with it anymore. I think this attitude is irresponsible. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my tickets to the show. Yes, we have been figuring out for a long time for what reason and whose fault this happened. Yes, we found the culprits and returned the money to me. But, dear employees! I wanted to get to the concert! And if I had known that such a nuisance would happen to you, I would not have risked and would have bought a ticket from your competitors. It’s not my problem, it’s your problem, why I didn’t get a ticket. You have been working for many years, is it impossible to have insurance for such situations? Thank you for returning the money, but I already had it. I needed a ticket. I do not advise you to work with this site, you can stay without a ticket.

I will describe my first experience with this ticket sales service. Previously, I have always used such sites as StubHub, VividSeats, and others. TicketNetwork attracted my attention by the fact that it was on this site that there were tickets that I did not find from competitors. So, the first plus: I really liked the choice. The second plus is that it is easy to choose tickets and understand the location of seats. I also note that the site’s competitors have the same advantages. But I decided to write a review about this particular service because it has an important advantage: there is no confusion with the payment of fees. I clearly understand how much and for what I will pay. For example, for service, and delivery. On many similar sites, they make a real show out of fees. That is, at the final stage of ticket processing, I can get such a surprise that I will no longer have the desire to go to the event. Even though I did not manage to get to the concert, I consider myself a very lucky customer of this service. I bought tickets to the Taylor Swift concert, but the concert was subsequently canceled. I admit honestly that initially, I panicked because I read a lot of different reviews that the money for the ticket was not refunded or returned with a long delay. When I called the support service, I was initially set up to be negative, because as I wrote above, the reviews scared me. Nevertheless, the representative of the support service communicated with me very politely and informed me that there would be no problems with the refund. I received a refund for the card the next day after the call. I hope other customers will be more patient with the customer support staff who are trying to help you. Angry reviews on the Internet are very different from what is happening in reality. Several of my friends also used the service of this service and none of my acquaintances saw those situations that are often fashionable to read about on the Internet.

Policies are completely ridiculous. I tried to combine two 50 dollar promo codes and they would allow it. I was on hold close to 20 minutes and was treated terrible on the phone. I strongly recommend not purchasing tickets from them, stub hub and seat geek are much better.

In an frenzy attempt to buy tickets, I mistook TIcketNetwork for Ticketmaster. Even though I did not buy the tickets, my credit card was flagged for fraudulent purchases of $1994.73. Needless to say, it was a massive headache to cancel the card and etc. Do not trust this website. It obviously panders to people mistakenly using it for Ticketmaster, hence the similarly colored logo and font.

I’ve had nothing but issues after ordering from TicketNetwork. After placing my order through SeatGeek, I received no confirmation that my tickets would be delivered or that my payment had been processed. I waited for a few weeks, and it wasn’t until that I contacted your customer support yesterday that I miraculously got an email confirming my order, one hour after I contacted support and well over a month after the order was placed. This leads me to believe that if I hadn’t contacted customer support, TicketNetwork would’ve gladly taken my money without ever taking a moment to ensure that I had been given the tickets I paid for. This is unacceptable. Better yet, the information provided in the confirmation email said I would get another email containing my tickets shortly; unsurprisingly, that email never arrived. So I called the customer service line, only to be treated rudely by the representative. She spoke over me and gave me false information, saying that I had to download the New York Islanders app and make an account to accept my tickets (an app that doesn’t exist, mind you). I hung up the call and solved the problem myself, eventually figuring out I had to make an account on the NHL website through Ticketmaster to find my tickets. TicketNetwork was of absolutely no help through this entire process and I will ensure that neither I, or anyone I know, purchases tickets from them again. Absolutely abysmal business practices and customer service.

They bait and switch you. Thought I bought great up front seats for a musical, never received tickets so I called they said that row was listed by mistake and I could have mezzanine seats for the price I paid which he said was a great deal considering the mezzanine was “more expensive” total lie! If this truly was a mistake it would have been rectified on the website however that row of seats ionic STILL available for purchase, which only confirms suspicions. Had I bought on Ticketmaster I would have saved $50. I tried getting a refund but was told NO so I will be disputing with my CC. The guy was very rude. Also this was the seller I was talking to which is a 3rd party separate from TicketNetwork, but TN backed up their unethical business practices. This company needs to be out of business!

I was looking online for Stomp tickets, and I found what was supposed to be the venue site. I got what I thought were the best tickets left. I then saw on the receipt it was a 3rd party and they didn’t disclose the seat location. I found the actual venue site, and there were tons of seats available. I was charged $40 dollars more per ticket, a fee bigger than the ticket cost, and a delivery fee for email. Therefore they charged over $100 more than the tickets should have cost. They won’t talk to me and just sent a nasty email. Avoid this company. This is just blatant price gouging and a scam. Update: now they are blaming another company and that company is giving me the opposite story.
