I am not a supporter of discussing services on the Internet because I am sure that everyone can have their own opinion. But working with StubHub made a strong impression. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the individual approach to each client. With such volumes of work that this service has, this is an achievement. I had a rather unusual situation. I bought a ticket for my friend with disabilities because there were a lot of nuances that accompanied my cooperation with the service. At each stage of the transaction, the support service was there and the guys helped solve all the nuances. To be honest, I did not expect such an attitude from such a global service. I am also pleasantly surprised by the speed of application processing and the speed of delivery. My friend and I were satisfied with everything. I agree that the fees are somewhat overstated and you can find sites much cheaper, but on the other hand, it is not fashionable to find such a quality of work on every other service as on StubHub.

A good website and a good selection of tickets. What I liked the most was the help from the service representatives. My father bought the ticket and because of his age, he is not very knowledgeable about the site. Also not very well versed in payment systems. My father made several mistakes when making a ticket, but a girl named Janet from the support service quickly helped us solve all the issues. I admit that it was unexpectedly pleasant. I was sure that such a global service would not deal with minor problems and, like many, would refer to a heavy workload. As a result, my father and I attended a wonderful event, although we paid more than $ 500 just for tickets. I want to tell newcomers that there are also fees and they are quite high. We paid about $ 200 fees for two, but I was still very pleased with the work of the site. Many people tell me that it is impossible to judge only by a one-time experience, but this experience was so pleasant that I decided to share it.

I’ve used stuStubHubr for 6 years for had 1 bad experience . Just had another where they sold me theater tickets that they said on the day of the event weren’t available. This experience struck me unpleasantly because attending the event with friends was planned and we were very much looking forward to this event. As it turned out, the problem arose because of an unscrupulous ticket seller. I was upset and it seems to me that the service should also control the seller, or at least somehow check them for reliability and decency. I have not decided yet whether I will continue to cooperate with this site. But to find out that you don’t have tickets on the day of the event is too big a disappointment for me and perhaps in the future, I will choose a site that will not present such surprises. But I want to say that previously I was satisfied with working with this service, I especially liked the choice of tickets and fast delivery.

I purchased hockey tickets and the processing “order fees” are outrageous. This is my first time buying tickets. my daughter recommended Stubhub, but i will not use it again. Ticketmaster has a fee that ranges between $9.50 and $23.00. Stubhub charged me $42 per ticket. This is ridiculous. What could the fee be for when all the tickets are electronic? So not impressed! I’’ll be using the other site next time.

Terrible experience. Never use the services of this site. Such a dismissive attitude towards customers! Bought tickets through StubHub for an event postponed last year. Since I realized that a refund is not provided for me, I decided to resell these tickets on the service. For a short time, these tickets were purchased by someone else. When I want to post up the tickets to the buyer, I couldn’t find these tickets. There were no tickets! Neither in the application, nor folders, nor the mail, anywhere! I tried to call StubHub to find out how to access the tickets, and the phone line says only to call if the event is within 24 hours. Terrible attitude to people and their work! How can a legitimate and global service make mistakes of this kind? Where do you recruit staff? Why do such problems occur? How, tell me, how could tickets get lost in your system? A terrible situation, a bad website.

I am faced with a situation that, as I see from the comments, many have experienced. I bought tickets for a certain section but when they sent the tickets it was a different section. I called to get answers and was told the new section was an upgrade and the seller would give me $160 to trade them. This situation was completely out of my plans, but in the end, the representatives of the service helped me solve the issue. I don’t give a bad rating to the site just because of this situation because my experience with this service was very good earlier and I liked the cooperation. Because of one mistake, I don’t want to write bad comments or change this service to another. There are no perfect ticket sites that never make mistakes. Absolutely everyone makes mistakes and therefore 4 stars.

Perhaps this site is legitimate, popular, and global,l. I will not argue with this, but I will tell you about my situation. Guys, getting the money back is close to impossible: not only can you not add any of multiple bank accounts, you constantly see on the screen getting “try again” errors.I tried to add such cards as PayPal, and nothing worked either. I got my money, but unfortunately, tell it didn’t happen by itself, but only after I posted a lot of posts with complaints on separate sites. Only after that the did service pay attention to me and still paid a refund. My conclusion: if the topic of your cooperation does not concern a refund, then the site is good, but if you have questions about a refund, the service will turn to you the other side and get ready for the fact that you will be very disappointed.

I didn’t like that the site doesn’t adhere to its gitsritsees. The artist canceled an event that I bought tickets to. StubHub said they would refund the payment within 30 days. It has been more than 30 days, and I have not received any payment. I received a refund much later. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that I have used this service many times before and was pleased with the speed with which all transactions are carried out. I hope that this case happened simply because of the heavy workload of the service due to the massive cancellation of concerts during the pandemic. I did not expect that the site would not adhere to its guarantees. If you say 30 days, then let it be 30 days And another moment that made me put 3 stars. Representatives of the support service communicate with customers by phone only as a last resort, that is, if your concert is already today and you have not received a ticket. This is the wrong system.

I thought for a long time to write a review or not. I am very happy with their customer service, have used them many times in the past, and will continue to do so. On the other hand, the ticket prices seem to be somewhat overpriced, but I understand that this is not the fault of the service itself. That is why I do not consider the price a disadvantage of the site. I like that when communicating with a client, employees show maximum respect, I have never encountered intolerance from the outside. I will note that on other sites I often had to deal with problematic support services. Another positive aspect of working with the service is convenient payment methods, it is really easy to pay for tickets on this site. I paid for the tickets while in Turkey and I didn’t have any problems with either the card or the transaction. But those who are looking for cheaper tickets may not like the service, because, in addition to an expensive ticket, you will also have to pay fees. Overall 5 stars.

Last time I ever purchase from here. Own me a refund of 4k for concert tickets and still no refund it’s been more then 3 months. Nothing but the run around all this covid-19 nonsense and then they offer me a credit voucher did I purchase my tickets with a credit voucher?!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! If we could give 0 stars we would! They are stealing everyone’s money for events canceled due to covid, while other companies are easily & swiftly giving refunds due, STUB HUB is NOT & they’re giving out coupons instead!! Nobody wants coupons!! We want our money back, it’s simple! We will NEVER buy from them again!!

Like many, my event was cancelled because of Covid, they took months and months to “Officially” cancel the event at which time they said I would get a refund. They issued me a credit instead. I communicated with them NUMEROUS times to state I wanted the refund I was originally promised, every single communication was ignored and it is impossible to get a response from them. It is CRIMINAL how they just ignore every customer and refuse to issue a refund which they stated was GUARANTEED!!! I will NEVER do business with them again.

I wish there was a zero star option. Failed to deliver a ticket and didn’t issue any refund on 200$ order. Stay away from them. They don’t care about their clients, the only thing they care about is money. Worst customer service as well.

Charlie was amazing. I bought a two day ticket for Harry Potter cursed child. But when i got there it was only for day 2/part 2. Charlie helped me right away. Gave me $100 voucher and assisted in buying and re-selling. Super helpful! Will definitely do this again, but will book in person next time. Charlie did the whole process. Followed me down stairs with laptop and assisted in selling listing. The computers don’t have voice over. But staff all super friendly and knowledgeable. Was greeted right away and super clear directions. Help guided to elevator. Super Ada friendly.

Bought parking tickets for a Penn State football game nearly a year ago. Game cancelled due to COVID. Called in July for refund. Was offered 120% credit. Declined. Was offered 150% credit. I declined again. Was told refund would take 3 months to process. Still no refund. Market recovered. They’ve had my (all of our) money for months and have made money on it. Time to pay up.

worst company ever. they are getting lawsuits after lawsuits for the scam they are trying to pull towards customers. Bought Coachella tickets about a yr ago for april 2020. event was cancelled and rescheduled for this year. so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. I asked them if they can send me the tickets at least but was declined. about a year later, the 2021 rescheduled event was also cancelled due to COVID. Called them and still they cannot give me refund. Dont waste your time on buying tickets from them. you will not get your refund if the event is cancelled even with their BS advertisement of “Fan Guarantee” of getting 120% refund if event is cancelled. STOP LYING to your customers!

Is there anyone else waiting on a refund due to COVID cancellation? I was told that even though it issued to a closed card, there Is nothing they can do because they work with automated machines not actual department.

Extremely disappointed, customer service is very difficult to access. I’ve been on for hold two hours. The app is hard to navigate. I had a credit due to a covid related cancellation of a baseball game. Now that the games are open again I was trying to book a new game with my credit and the credit is gone….

Terrible service. Will not use ever again. Have to wait until midnight of the day before the event for the seller to decide if they will release the tickets. Meanwhile, Stubhub reps will refuse to provide a refund and even deny speak to a supervisor.
